Starters: Duck liver terrine cooked in old tradition with Muscat of Frontignan / Thick Carpaccio filet of Charolais beef, mushrooms coulis, basil and green lemon / Thyme flavoured salad with Pelardon cheese roasted in honey.
Main dish : Saddle of Aveyronnais lamb with mixed herbs / Filet of Charolais beef, bordelaise sauce / Spread of duck filet in honey sauce with lemon flavoured thyme / Fresh tuna escalope grilled with crunchy vegetables in olive oil / Burbot medaillons cooked in garlic mayonnaise with safran flavoured potatoes.

By plane:
